Chandos seeks an Estimator for collaborative, multi-stakeholder Civil projects. You will support project delivery from conception through construction start, using take-offs, cost analysis, and constructability advice. The work requires strong relationships with subtrades, consultants, suppliers, clients, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine bid strategies for successful Chandos project pursuits
- Prepare full-cost estimates from concept through tender
- Lead estimating workshops and transparent cost decisions
- Complete material, labour, equipment, and subcontractor take-offs
- Track estimated versus actual costs and report variances
Requirements:
- Five years of estimating experience
- Four years of construction management experience
- Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management degree or diploma

- Strong drawing interpretation and cost-modelling abilities
