What You Will Do
- Conduct field service calls as required
- Provide mechanical services in both field and shop environments
- Provide professional and timely service
- Disassemble, clean, inspect, and rebuild equipment
- Assist in troubleshooting and failure analysis
- Perform component testing
- Complete field service reports
- Maintain and repair equipment, tools, and company vehicles
- Pre‑Employment Requirements
- Drug and alcohol testing
- Fitness‑to‑work testing
- Driver’s abstract
- Position Details
- Work at the Bonnyville facility, customer sites, and remote locations
- Permanent
- Full‑time
- Mainly day shift operations, with overtime as required
- Weekend or night shift on‑call rotations
- Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with mechanical assembly and service
- Experience with natural gas engines, wellheads, and compressors is an asset
- Strong understanding of engine and compressor performance and operations
- Experience working with machinery and power tools
- Class 5 driver’s license with a clean record
- Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to read blueprints
- Journeyperson mechanic/millwright ticket is an asset
