Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor

Do you take pride in keeping things organized, accurate, and on schedule — especially when every part counts? We're looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor to lead our warehouse and logistics operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment for automated packaging equipment.
In this role, you'll be at the center of our production flow — making sure components, materials, and finished systems move efficiently through our facility and out to customers. You'll oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics coordination, ensuring every shipment is on time and every detail is right.

What you'll do:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inventory, shipping, receiving, and material flow to production
- Coordinate logistics with carriers and suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and shipments
- Maintain accurate records, labels, and documentation in ERP and warehouse systems
- Lead a small team focused on accuracy, efficiency, and safety
- Support continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline warehouse and logistics processes
