As a Baler Operator at CFT Recycling, you will support daily recycling and yard operations. The work involves preparing, feeding, and processing materials through the baler. You will monitor equipment, organize materials, and help maintain smooth operations in an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate baling equipment to process recyclable materials safely
- Prepare and feed materials through the baler
- Monitor equipment and report maintenance concerns
- Sort and organize materials for efficient processing
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area
Requirements:
- Three or more years operating industrial balers preferred
- Experience in recycling or industrial environments is an asset
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety
- Ability to recognize equipment issues and report concerns
- Valid G-class driver's licence and reliable transportation
