Lead complex automotive programs at Cespira™, using cross-functional execution and disciplined project management to move products toward production. International travel is required when work calls. As Senior Project Manager, you will coordinate engineering, operations, customers, and partners across demanding technology programs. You will oversee Cespira’s Product Development Process, manage dependencies and milestones, and support product industrialization. The work spans product development, production changes, budgets, risks, prototypes, and roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own cross-functional execution schedules for assigned products
- Run Cespira’s Product Development Process with discipline
- Maintain risk registers and drive mitigation plans
- Coordinate prototype ordering and tracking across projects
- Manage product change requests through implementation
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ project and program management experience
- 15+ years’ engineering environment experience, preferably automotive
- Experience completing large, technically complex projects
- Fluency with APQP and gated development processes
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and international travel willingness
- Bring automotive development expertise, structured execution, and confident communication to Cespira’s complex product programs.
