We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to fill full-time security concierge positions. Your duties will include conducting security patrols and maintaining a strong presence in communal and surrounding areas. You will also handle emergency situations, ensuring safety while providing support to residents as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive patrols in and around the premises
- Offer excellent customer service to all residents
- Monitor security systems and respond to incidents
- Write detailed incident reports and daily logs
- Manage and de-escalate difficult scenarios effectively
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid BST (British Columbia) Security License
- At least 1 year of experience in security roles
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Ability to respond calmly in emergencies
