Arnot Health seeks a Certified Nurse Aide for its Skilled Nursing department at St. Joe's Hospital. This position provides routine nursing, restorative care, resident comfort, and services under a professional nurse's direction. Care follows resident assessments and established care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine resident care and promote resident comfort
- Provide nursing care according to established care plans
- Assist with resident assessments and care plan conferences
- Document nutrition, elimination, activity, rehabilitation, and care entries
- Report incidents and changes in resident condition
Requirements:
- Required nursing aide certification or completion within 120 days
- Previous experience or job knowledge required
- Heartsaver CPR required within 90 days of hire
- Basic Life Support certification required within 90 days
- Physical ability for standing, walking, stretching, and lifting
