This administrator supports the Single Point of Access across Merton and Wandsworth. You will manage telephone enquiries, patient information, waiting lists and bookings while supporting clinical teams. The service works with District Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and other community services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new referrals under local Standard Operating Procedures
- Receive enquiries using telephony and computer systems
- Book, amend and cancel appointments and clinics
- Maintain accurate, confidential patient records
