As an International Student Recruitment Coordinator, you will assist International Recruitment Specialists and Managers with assigned market activities. Responsibilities include preparing materials, organizing logistical arrangements, tracking communications, coordinating departments, supporting agents, and maintaining recruitment records. The position requires efficient handling of concurrent tasks and established procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare recruitment materials, communications, and operational resources
- Coordinate internal departments supporting recruitment events and initiatives
- Conduct outreach to prospective students and encourage engagement
- Track agent documentation, communications, and partnership records
- Assist with data entry and routine recruitment reports
Requirements:
- Two-year diploma or equivalent in administration, communications, or related studies
- Minimum two years' administrative and customer service experience

- Experience with Teams, Zoom, WhatsApp, and web applications
- Ability to communicate with diverse cultural backgrounds
