Lead specialty pharmacy operations with pharmaceutical care, regulatory compliance, and team supervision at Cencora's Innomar Strategies affiliate. This is a full-time position.
The Pharmacy Manager oversees daily Specialty Pharmacy activities and supports compliant, patient-focused service. The position requires pharmacy operations knowledge, managerial experience, communication skills, and coordination across Distribution, Patient Programs, Clinics, and Nursing divisions. You will also assist business planning, process optimization, projects, billing, and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure operations follow College of Pharmacists regulations and company policies
- Provide the highest level of pharmaceutical care for patients
- Supervise pharmacists, technicians, and assistants in daily operations
- Coordinate pharmacy activities, billing, and reconciliation
- Collaborate with internal divisions, clients, and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Pharmacy
- Current registration with the College of Pharmacists
- Five years in pharmacy, including two managerial years
- Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations
- Working knowledge of Kroll and Microsoft Office software
