We are currently looking for a Branch Managerto join our team atBell Aurora. We're looking for someone who leads by example, develops talent, and doesn't settle for good when excellence is possible.
Your role :
- You will be responsible for the entire in-store experience, both in terms of results and team culture.
- Lead all store operations and ensure overall performance
- Drive sales and meet goals, then set new ones
- Monitor results and take decisive corrective action
- Recruit, coach, and develop your team to reach their full potential
- Deliver a customer experience that keeps them coming back
- Ensure compliance with sales processes and company standards
- Manage inventory, expenses, and merchandising
- Maintain store presentation and safety standards
This is what we offer you :
- Base salary of $45,000 + unlimited bonus (top performers regularly earn $70,000 or more)
- 3 weeks of vacation.

- Store manager or team leader with retail experiench
