This role demands strong skills in accounts payable management, financial reporting, and month-end activities. You will work closely with the Finance Director and ensure the integrity of financial documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable for the facility
- Process vendor invoices, ensuring proper approvals
- Prepare timely payment runs and bank reconciliations
- Maintain vendor master data and respond to inquiries
- Support month-end close activities and audits
Requirements:
- 3+ years accounts payable experience
- Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365
- Experience with Concur expense management preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
