Implements advanced supply chain technologies (e.g., Advanced Planning Systems, warehouse management software upgrades) and best-of-breed industry processes.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Serves as the senior customer contact, independently representing the site/company during negotiations, customer reviews, and strategic operational alignment initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Champions Lean and Six Sigma methodology across the extended supply chain (vendors, internal site, customer). Monitors operational execution via MOR and core key metrics, rapidly executing corrective action plans for out-of-target conditions.
  • Talent and Performance Management: Directly and indirectly manages subordinate functional managers and specialized teams. Establishes objectives, evaluates performance, mentors staff, oversees compensation/promotions, and drives site-wide employee satisfaction. Ensures ISO compliance, external audit readiness, and SCM business controls.
