Key Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate DSP algorithms for optical systems
- Optimize DSP blocks including polarization demultiplexing
- Develop comprehensive system-level simulation models
- Analyze performance under noise and chromatic dispersion
- Document designs and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
Requirements:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or similar
- At least two years in a DSP-related role
- Strong foundation in digital communications and optics
- Proficiency in MATLAB, C/C++, or Python
- Familiarity with Verilog or VHDL is a plus
