Central City Concern seeks a Senior Community Building Assistant for Golden West housing. This full-time position supports multi-family and residential buildings through cleaning, minor repairs, inspections, and property-management assistance. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean interior, exterior, common areas, and surrounding grounds
- Perform minor maintenance repairs and routine floor care
- Assist with inspections, move-in reports, and move-out reports
- Enter work orders and support vacant-room preparation
- Monitor building activities and greet residents and visitors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED, or obtain within one year
- Six months janitorial experience and/or related training
- Current driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, Email, and Yardi
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and move equipment
