Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential and/or commercial construction and takes pride in delivering high-quality work with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of carpentry, including framing, forming, finishing, and renovations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Work independently or lead small crews when required.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and to company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades.
- Identify and resolve construction issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of carpentry experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Experience with concrete forming, framing, siding, and finishing is an asset.
- Leadership experience is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
