As a CBRE HVAC Technician, you will maintain building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. Your work includes installing, repairing, adjusting, and maintaining small electric or pneumatic control systems. You will troubleshoot failures, support modifications, and follow established procedures under close supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment
- Perform proactive performance testing for proper operation
- Install and repair electric or pneumatic control systems
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine modification actions
- Maintain compliance with applicable codes and work safety
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma
- One to two years of job-related experience
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift or carry loads of 50 pounds or more
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
