Vos responsabilités
- Superviser les entrepreneurs qui effectuent les inspections, l’entretien et les réparations des systèmes mécaniques, électriques et autres systèmes de construction.
- Effectuer des inspections de maintenance de routine et diagnostiquer les problèmes potentiels.
- Coordonner avec les fournisseurs l’installation et la modification des équipements et des systèmes des bâtiments.
- Assigner des bons de travail et estimer le temps et les matériaux nécessaires pour effectuer les réparations.
- Favoriser une bonne gestion énergétique en veillant à ce que tous les systèmes du bâtiment fonctionnent de manière efficace.
- Être le point de contact pour les situations d’urgence et les problèmes qui surviennent pendant et en dehors des heures normales de travail.
- Inspecter les nouvelles installations pour s’assurer qu’elles sont conformes aux codes du bâtiment et aux règles de sécurité.
- Avoir une certaine connaissance des normes, avec une expérience pratique limitée dans l’application de celles-ci.
- Montrer l’exemple et agir conformément aux valeurs RISE de CBRE.

Technician, where you'll proactively manage and uphold the peak performance of expansive buildings, complex industrial systems, and sophisticated equipment.
This position is a key pillar of our Engineering and Technical Services team, a group renowned for its unwavering commitment to providing crucial support, executing comprehensive preventive maintenance, and swiftly resolving technical challenges.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee contractors who perform Inspections, maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose potential problems.
- Coordinate with vendors the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
- Assign work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs.
- Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
- Point of contact for emergency situations and issues that occur during and outside normal business hours.
- Inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Impact the quality of own work.
- Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
