CBM360TIV is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives supporting our mining inspection and technical verification services in Quebec and across Canada. The role focuses on market positioning, lead generation, and brand growth within the industrial mining sector.
Reporting To
Managing Director / Regional Operations Director – Canada
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies targeting mining operators and contractors
- Manage digital campaigns (LinkedIn, industry portals, SEO) and performance tracking
- Build brand visibility within Quebec’s mining ecosystem
- Coordinate proposals, tender marketing materials, and corporate presentations
- Support business development with qualified lead generation
Education & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional marketing certifications are an advantage
Experience
- 5+ years in industrial, mining, oil & gas, or technical services marketing
- Proven experience in B2B marketing within regulated or heavy industry sectors
Technical Skills
- CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent)
- Digital marketing analytics & SEO tools
- Proposal and tender documentation preparation
- Strong understanding of mining industry value chains
Languages
- French – Mandatory (business & documentation compliance in Quebec)
- English – Professional working proficiency
