In this role, you will execute assessments and deliver speech language pathology interventions as part of our Integrated Care Program. Collaborate with a dedicated team to implement patient-centered strategies that facilitate an effective recovery journey, embracing both in-person and virtual care delivery models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform swallowing assessments and participant interventions
- Utilize a collaborative team approach to support patient needs
- Adopt a holistic strategy for cognitive communication support
- Use digital platforms for care documentation and service delivery
- Assist patients in navigating post-acute recovery pathways
Requirements:
- Registered with College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario
- Valid driver's license and appropriate vehicle insurance
- Passion for person-centered therapy approaches
- Comfort in delivering therapy using various methods
- Proven communication skills and independent work ethic
