This part-time Catering Coordinator represents the Cater2.me brand during client-facing catering operations. You will coordinate food setup, meal service, cleanup, client communication, and issue resolution. The position supports Operations while improving daily meal experiences through accurate feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate timely food setup and cleanup at client sites
- Oversee meal service and replenish food as needed
- Keep catering areas tidy and presentable
- Answer client questions about ingredients and allergens
- Relay client and vendor information to Account Managers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication skills and tenacious personality
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand four hours
- Weekday lunch availability, Monday through Friday
