As a Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers throughout development, launch, and commercialization. You will coordinate planning, execution, tracking, reporting, financials, and stakeholder communication. The work spans projects and product portfolios of varying sizes and complexity, supporting established timelines, budgets, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting
- Manage scope changes and develop contingency plans
- Prepare monthly budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports
- Communicate timelines, responsibilities, expectations, and project updates
- Prepare meetings, minutes, action items, and follow-up
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in science, business, marketing, or related field
- Any level of project development or management experience
- Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or GMP experience considered an asset
- Project Management certification or PMP designation desirable
