Key Responsibilities:
- Deal table games, including Blackjack, Poker, and Roulette
- Maintain table security and manage its float
- Control game order and close bets appropriately
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests
- Report disputes or suspicious activities to management
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience dealing table games is an asset
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Must obtain Serving It Right certification
