The Manager Site Merchandising oversees the Canadian website, coordinating campaigns, shops, linking, promotions, and site refreshes. This role analyzes performance metrics, leads A/B tests, and translates findings into strategic recommendations. It also manages two Site Merchandising Specialists while aligning marketing, creative, traffic, email, development, and U.S. teams. Key Responsibilities:
Lead workload flow across the Canada website and special projects Conduct daily site scrubs with ecommerce and category teams Coordinate campaigns, shops, linking, and promotions accurately Lead A/B testing and deliver conversion recommendations Manage two specialists, priorities, reviews, and development Requirements:
Three to five years of ecommerce experience required Advanced proficiency with stated analytics and site tools Ability to analyze metrics and interpret A/B test results Experience using Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT People management experience preferred Apply ecommerce analytics, site operations, and team leadership to strengthen Carter’s Canadian digital shopping experience.
