Responsibilities
- Represent clients in disputes involving property damage, slip-and-fall claims, road maintenance, and other municipal issues.
- Manage files from start to finish—drafting pleadings, conducting discoveries, attending motions, mediations, and trials.
- Collaborate with a supportive, knowledgeable team dedicated to exceptional client service.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of litigation experience (municipal liability, insurance defense, or general civil litigation preferred).
- Strong advocacy skills with the ability to run files independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in municipal law and a drive for professional growth.
