The Account Coordinator supports Client Success Managers with strategic implementation and execution of client initiatives. You will help launch and manage rewards programs while responding to client queries. The work includes member data management, module configuration, reporting, and administrative support across CarltonOne Engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support new and existing program implementation and launches
- Manage member data, configurations, awards, and leaderboards
- Resolve ticket-based program creation and change requests
- Generate scheduled and ad-hoc client reports
- Communicate bottlenecks and training deficits to CSMs
Requirements:
- Manage multiple projects across various departments
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Use Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Communicate clearly with internal and external parties
- Adapt to new technologies effectively
