The Manager, Ramp Operations directs aircraft servicing, equipment maintenance, and daily ground activities. This management role leads supervisors and staff through coaching, training, scheduling, and performance management. It also coordinates teams, suppliers, Airport Authority contacts, carriers, and customers while managing budgets and equipment. Key Responsibilities:
Plan and direct aircraft handling, servicing, and cargo movement Lead, train, coach, and motivate supervisors and staff Coordinate loading, unloading, volumes, delays, and available resources Oversee workplace Health & Safety and regulatory compliance Manage suppliers, equipment, documentation, reports, and budget parameters Requirements:
High School Diploma; aviation or management education is an asset Three to five years of previous management experience Strong leadership, communication, organization, and time management skills Strong knowledge of all MS Office programs Valid Driver’s License, RAIC and AVOP eligibility Apply your airport operations leadership, cargo coordination, safety oversight, and problem-solving skills as Ramp Operations Manager.
