Why Mobility Global? At Mobility Global, our mission is to provide the trusted information that helps billions of people build, sell, and own vehicles with confidence. As we shape the next generation of automotive intelligence through innovation, AI, and industry-leading data, we're creating new opportunities for our customers, our business, and our people. Join a team singularly focused on transforming the automotive industry.
What You'll Do:
- Design, build, and maintain connectors and integrations between identity platforms and target systems, including HR, cloud, SaaS, directories, and on-prem applications.
- Develop and operate automated joiner-mover-leaver (JML) provisioning pipelines, favoring API-driven and event-driven patterns over manual work.
- Operate and harden directory services (Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP) and federation infrastructure for reliability and security.
- Own monitoring, capacity, patching, and incident response for identity platforms, and define and meet provisioning and availability SLAs.
- Manage identity infrastructure and configuration through version control and CI/CD, documenting and peer-reviewing all changes.
- Identify high-volume, rules-based, repetitive tasks and automate them, evaluating agentic AI augmentation before requesting incremental effort.
- Set integration and coding standards, review peers' work, and serve as a backup owner for an adjacent domain to eliminate single points of failure.
- Ensure engineering outputs, including provisioning logs and integration audit trails, feed audit and resilience evidence directly.
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years in identity engineering, IAM platform operations, or a closely related systems/integration engineering role.
- Connector and integration experience with at least one enterprise IAM/IGA platform (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra, Okta), including custom connector development.
- Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and experience with REST/SCIM APIs and event-driven provisioning.
- Directory services depth across Active Directory and/or Entra ID, LDAP, and federation (SAML, OIDC).
- CI/CD and version control proficiency (Git) and an infrastructure-as-code mindset, with operational rigor in monitoring, incident response, and SLA-driven platform ownership.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cloud identity experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP IAM.
- Exposure to non-human identity (NHI) and secrets management concepts.
- Relevant certifications (vendor IAM certifications, cloud, or security).
- Experience introducing AI or agentic automation into identity workflows with human-in-the-loop controls.
