Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and safely
- Consult on medication administration and patient care
- Collaborate with pharmacy team members
- Communicate professionally within the care team
- Monitor pharmacy inventory and manage procedure reviews
Requirements:
- Licensed with College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
- Strong planning and time management skills
- Knowledge of Kroll Windows application preferred
- Adaptable and motivated to ensure quality care
- Experience in long-term care pharmacy is an asset
