As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will attract, screen, interview, and select candidates across varied roles. You will partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand workforce needs. Your work supports high-volume, multi-province recruitment and a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across the Western region
- Build qualified candidate pipelines through sourcing and networking
- Partner with managers on staffing and workforce planning
- Craft job postings and maintain employer branding
- Coordinate candidate communication and onboarding activities
Requirements:
- Three or more years of recruitment experience
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience supporting high-volume, multi-province recruitment
- Familiarity with ATS systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
