Key Responsibilities:

- Develop care plans with clients and families
- Implement nursing interventions according to established plans
- Perform technical nursing skills safely under Carefor policies
- Manage wounds as a wound champion using best practices
Requirements:
- Registration with the College of Nurses in Ontario
- High tech skills and IV restart experience
- Community healthcare experience preferred
- Excellent documentation and problem-solving skills
- Valid G2 license and insured reliable vehicle
