As an experienced Product Writer, you will work within Technical Publications and report to the Head of Technical Publications. You will create, maintain, and deliver content for integrated hardware and software products. The position involves collaboration with global stakeholders and Product Managers across product development. Mining operational technology experience is desirable, while familiarity with software, hardware portfolios, and engineering processes supports the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document product features using current technical publications processes
- Maintain technical publications standards, systems, and processes
- Lead product documentation projects as required
- Participate in Agile technical publications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and update documentation
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification, diploma, or industry background
- Product technical writing experience across software and hardware portfolios
- Ability to explain complex information across delivery platforms
- Strong writing proficiency and technical writing principles knowledge
- Experience with FrameMaker, Word, Acrobat Pro, JIRA, Snagit, and Figma
