Reporting to the Manager, Mining Operational Readiness, you will provide technical support during construction and execution. This position reviews study and construction assumptions, assesses operational constraints, and identifies improvements. It also supports General Managers, Technical Services Managers, study teams, and site leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with study and construction teams on project readiness Review technical assumptions and operational constraints Identify risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives Participate in project reviews and recommend planning improvements Align project plans with operational requirements across teams Requirements:
Five to ten years of relevant mining experience Minimum five years of mine planning experience Understanding of underground and/or open pit operations Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills Commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement Bring mining engineering judgment, project readiness insight, and collaborative planning skills to Agnico Eagle’s operational growth work.
