You will work within LPN scope, follow physician orders and established policies, and communicate changes with Registered Nurses. The schedule is permanent, full-time nights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing and personal care within LPN scope
- Safeguard drugs and narcotics while following shift protocols
- Support privacy, dignity, autonomy, and independence
- Report resident status changes promptly to Registered Nurses
- Document assessments and interventions in individualized care plans
Requirements:
- Diploma in Practical Nursing
- Current College of Nurses BC LPN registration
- Annual RAI MDS certification completion
- Current First Aid with CPR
- Required Vulnerable Sector or Criminal Records Check
