As a Maintenance Aide with Sienna Senior Living, you support a safe, well-maintained home for residents, families, and visitors. Your work includes building, mechanical, and electrical repairs, equipment inspections, and outdoor upkeep. You follow health and safety, infection prevention, quality, and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventative building system repairs
- Inspect kitchen equipment, lighting, plumbing, and HVAC
- Complete painting, minor construction, and general repairs
- Service ventilation systems and kitchen filters
- Clear snow and ice from access areas
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Experience in general maintenance and repairs
- Experience around machinery and building trades
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
