Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care per established care plans
- Assist clients with daily living activities
- Observe and document client conditions
- Follow infection prevention practices
- Participate in continuous education activities
Requirements:
- Personal Support Worker certificate or enrolled in nursing program
- Clinical experience as a PSW within the last two years
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current immunization records and TB test
- Willing to undergo Vulnerable Sector Police Check
