This role emphasizes relationship building with clients, delivering strong retention results, and generating new business through referrals and cross-selling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and policy change requests
- Manage renewals and generate important ITVs
- Follow established team workflows and processes
- Act as the first contact for claim reporting
- Generate proofs of insurance, including Liability Slips
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of front-line insurance experience
- OTL or RIBO license required
- Valid Ontario Driver's License
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with experience using Applied Epic
