Lead construction cost accounting at ONNI Group, applying budgeting and forecasting expertise across development and construction projects. Work within the Finance team.
As Cost Accounting Manager, you will oversee project finances from budget setup through final cost close-out. The role centers on accurate reporting, job cost review, and financial coordination across active projects. You will guide project accountants while supporting alignment between Project Managers and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain end-to-end project accounting processes and reporting consistency
- Oversee project accountants, workloads, output, and deadlines
- Review job cost entries, budgets, forecasts, contracts, and change orders
- Administer GC Pay invoice workflows and vendor payment processing
- Produce reports and review variances, risks, billings, and back charges
Requirements:
- Minimum four years in development or construction accounting
- Budgeting and forecasting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CPA designation and Acumatica experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
