As a Property Manager, you will serve as the frontline lead for residents, leasing, and property operations. Build relationships, address concerns, oversee leasing, and manage services, payments, inspections, and moves. CAPREIT is recognized as a 2025 Mercer Best Employer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address resident concerns and maintain resident satisfaction
- Oversee leasing from inquiry through resident onboarding
- Monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets
- Manage property people and administer services
- Collect payments, inspect properties, and facilitate resident moves
Requirements:
- Three years' experience in leasing or property management
- One year supervising within property management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- MS Office proficiency; SAP knowledge is an asset
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
