Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong resident relationships as the frontline lead
- Deliver excellence while addressing resident concerns
- Oversee inquiries, onboarding, vacancies, and leasing targets
- Manage property people and property service administration
- Coordinate payments, inspections, and resident moves
Requirements:
- Three years' experience in leasing, property management, or related work
- One year of property management supervisory experience
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency with MS Office; SAP knowledge considered an asset
- Availability for evenings and weekends when required
