You will build resident relationships, address concerns, manage leasing activity, and coordinate property-related needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships and address resident concerns
- Manage leasing from inquiry through resident onboarding
- Monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets
- Collect payments and inspect the property
- Facilitate resident moves and maintenance requests
Requirements:
- One to two years' related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an asset
- Strong oral, written, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Valid licence, clean abstract, and reliable insured vehicle
