You will post opportunities, screen resumes, schedule interviews, process pre-employment checks, and prepare employment offers. The coordinator also supports employee engagement, HR communications, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post opportunities on corporate and recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct phone screenings and support interviews as required
- Process reference, credit, and criminal background checks
- Prepare offers, transfer letters, and recruitment documentation
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field
- Fluency in both written and spoken French and English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Discretion handling confidential and sensitive information
- CHRP designation progress considered an asset
