As a Student Recruitment Advisor, you will promote university programs and support enrolment goals with the CapU recruitment team. The temporary, fixed-term full-time position includes recruitment events, campus tours, social media engagement, and domestic travel. You will advise prospective students on admissions procedures, deadlines, and documentation while collaborating with Admissions, Academic Advising, faculty, staff, and community groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise prospective students on admissions procedures, deadlines, and documentation
- Coordinate Explore Capilano and High School Counselor Conference activities
- Represent Capilano University at recruitment events and presentations
- Conduct campus tours and respond to student inquiries
- Develop relationships with counsellors and community groups
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field
- Two years of post-secondary recruitment experience
- CRM experience in higher education recruitment and admissions
- Valid Class 5 British Columbia driver's license
- Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills
