Lead enterprise portal support with Linux, PHP, and Oracle expertise at Capgemini in a hybrid environment, working onsite three days weekly. This experienced Application Management Services Lead oversees support, maintenance, and continuous improvement for a critical enterprise portal application. The position requires leadership across production support operations, application stability, incident management, and service delivery. Strong hands-on knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux, PHP 8.1, Symfony 5.4, and Oracle Database 12c is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AMS activities for a mission-critical portal platform
- Manage incident, problem, and change processes
- Coordinate production issue resolution with stakeholders and vendors
