This role supports the End-to-End Resource Strategy & Planning.
Responsibilities:
- Resource and capacity planning
- Portfolio management governance
- WBS/OBS structuring
- Risk and opportunity management
- PMO processes and reporting
- Change management activities representing approximately 50% of the assignment
Focus:
- Workforce planning, resource capacity, and portfolio management
- Resource planning transformation
- Governance, planning, tools, and planning processes
- Strong PMO and resource strategy component, with approximately 50% change management
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of PMBP / PMO Experience
- Strong governance and reporting experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting transformation programs
- Ability to work onsite in Mirabel 3 days per week
- French mandatory, English for reading
- Experience in aerospace or other transport (rail, automobile, large scale manufacturing)
