This Property Manager position oversees an established commercial portfolio for a respected, vertically integrated real estate organization. Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage daily operations, financial performance, capital improvements, and tenant matters. The portfolio includes approximately one million square feet of industrial space and 160,000 square feet of retail space across more than 20 properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across assigned industrial and retail properties
- Maintain responsive relationships with commercial tenants
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and expense forecasts
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventive programs
- Manage contractors, vendors, and capital improvement projects
Requirements:
- Seven or more years of commercial property management experience
- Experience managing diverse industrial, commercial, or retail portfolios
- Strong budgeting, reporting, expense, and cost-control capabilities
- Knowledge of Ontario OHSA and building regulations
- Post-secondary degree and RPA or comparable qualification
