The position oversees day-to-day retail activities while supporting team development, customer service, sales tracking, and regulatory compliance. Cannabis knowledge and operational discipline are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate team members through positive leadership and constructive feedback
- Follow updated SOPs and ensure team compliance
- Track employee and store sales daily
- Perform opening, closing, inventory, and reconciliation procedures
- Maintain stocked, clean, organized, compliant retail operations
Requirements:
- Four to five-plus years of retail management experience
- CannSell license from AGCO
- Ability to obtain AGCO Cannabis Retail Manager License
- Microsoft Office proficiency and unionized-environment management experience
- Knowledge of cannabis strains, policies, laws, and AGCO standards
