Responsible for integrating nuclear work management principles, constructability requirements and construction execution strategies into development of the Monark-D program schedule during detailed design. The role works closely with Engineering, Project Controls, Supply Chain, construction partners and Commissioning to ensure that execution, installation, testing and turnover requirements are fully considered in design.
Through structured constructability reviews and early construction-partner engagement, the role identifies execution risks and opportunities, validates sequencing and work packaging strategies, and incorporates field experience before design is issued for construction. The role supports an integrated, realistic and executable schedule by aligning engineering deliverables, procurement activities, construction methods, commissioning requirements and regulatory milestones.
Your role
- Support development and validation of the integrated Level 3 program schedule and execution logic.
- Lead or support constructability reviews involving Engineering, construction partners, Supply Chain and Commissioning.
- Integrate construction execution strategies and work packaging requirements into detailed design.

- Typically, 5–10+ years of progressive experience in nuclear, power generation or another highly regulated major capital project.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary constructability reviews and translating field execution requirements into design deliverables, procurement packages, work packages, installation sequencing and schedule logic.
- Experience developing or validating Level 3 schedules, work breakdown structures, engineering and procurement release logic, construction sequencing, system turnover logic, resource assumptions and interface milestones.
- Practical knowledge of work planning, schedule integration, configuration control, quality assurance, procedural compliance, risk management and the interfaces among Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, turnover and Commissioning.
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional planning, constructively challenge assumptions, resolve interfaces and communicate execution risks and recommendations to senior project leadership.
