The Manager, HR Services leads onboarding, offboarding, HR inquiries, and employee lifecycle management. This position oversees HR processes, policy adherence, governance, compliance, and service quality. It also manages recognition programs while developing the HR Services team and collaborating with stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business administration, or related field
- Five-plus years in HR operations, shared services, or HRIS administration
- Experience managing SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, or other HRIS
- Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Canadian and United States employment, pension, and benefits laws
