This L2 Analyst provides second-level support for store applications and monitors performance for optimal functionality. The work includes ITSM practices, problem management, technical troubleshooting, and collaboration with vendors, Product Owners, business partners, and technical teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve store application issues within agreed service levels

Requirements:
- Five-plus years of ITSM or five to ten years in IT

- Technical troubleshooting across applications, databases, networks, and infrastructure
- Strong stakeholder management, reporting, presentation, and influencing skills
